Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview & Scope

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to items purchased on botherless.co, Our aim is to make returns easy, fair and timely.

2. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Change of Mind / Incorrect Size: Return or exchange requests accepted within 7 calendar days from delivery date for most non-final items. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.

  • Defective / Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery (photographic evidence required). We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping).

  • Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, intimate apparel where hygiene seals are broken, gift cards, downloadable software, final sale or bespoke/custom items (unless faulty).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@botherless.co within the return window with: order number, product(s), reason, photos (if defective/damaged).

  2. We will provide return authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Do not send items without an RMA. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping unless we offered free returns/promotions.

  • Defect/wrong item: We pay return shipping and arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid label.

  • Use tracked shipping and keep proof of postage — we are not responsible for customer return parcels lost in transit without tracking.

5. Inspection, Outcomes & Timelines

  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you within 3–7 business days of approval decision.

  • Approved returns: Choose store credit, exchange (subject to stock) or refund. Refunds processed within 3–14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Partial refunds: permitted for items not returned in original condition.

  • Restocking fee: We do not impose restocking fees for standard returns unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Time to reflect varies by bank (3–14 business days).

  • Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer before we process your refund may delay resolution and could result in account review.

7. Cancellations & Pre-Shipment Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipping. After dispatch, standard returns apply.

8. Warranty & Manufacturer Claims

  • Some products may carry manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims that fall outside our returns policy, we will assist you with manufacturer contact details and claim process.

9. Fraud & Abuse

Any fraudulent returns or abuse of our returns policy will result in account suspension, and we reserve the right to refuse service and seek recovery costs.
