Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Accepted Payment Methods
Online payments via major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and supported local payment methods (mobile money, internet banking) via secure third-party payment gateways. (Replace with your specific gateways.)

For security reasons, some payment options may be temporarily unavailable.

2. Payment Processing & Security
Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Transactions are encrypted using TLS/SSL and processed in accordance with industry standards (PCI-DSS) by our payment partners.

3. Pricing, Invoicing & Currency
Prices shown are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified. All prices include VAT where applicable.An invoice/receipt is issued upon successful payment. Keep your receipt for returns and warranty claims.

4. Payment Authorization & Order Acceptance
Payment authorization will be obtained at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where payment cannot be authorized or where fraud is suspected.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method after returns are approved (See Returns Policy). Processing time depends on the payment provider (3–14 business days).

For bank transfers and manual payments, refunds may be subject to additional verification.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, you must notify us immediately. Frequent or unjustified chargebacks may cause us to suspend or terminate your account.

7. Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification
We use fraud detection tools and may request identity or address verification. Refusal to provide requested information may result in order cancellation.

8. Taxes & Duties
Prices may include VAT. For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

9. Gift Cards & Store Credit
Gift cards/store credit are subject to separate terms (expiry, non-refundable rules). Store credits are applied following our returns policy when refunds are issued as credit.

10. Recurring Payments & Subscriptions
If you sign up for subscription services (if offered), recurring billing will occur at the interval shown at purchase. Cancel subscriptions per the subscription terms and billing policies.
